Token system is new for SaaS (Software as a Service) and Saas usually pay monthly or yearly, which is sometimes burdensome to entrepreneurs. Especially for Novice Entrepreneur who just starting their business and doesn’t know how many sales in their first several month. With token system, they first add funds and then the system will convert them to Token. When they make transactions in BerkatUKM, tokens are deducted per transaction. If the token has reached the minimum limit, there will be notification to top up the funds.
For the first time, you have to add funds only IDR 700.000,-. For further addition funds starting from IDR 75.000.
Your token validity is 12 months since you add funds. If you pay additional funds, the first token will be deducted first.
You can add funds directly at BerkatUKM application, just click the token icon and click top up token.
For now, you can pay via BCA Virtual Account (VA), Permata VA, BNI VA, Mandiri Bill and Gopay.

Yes, you can. Just click Token Icon and activate the features you need. If there are enough tokens, then your tokens will be deducted and new features will be added automatically.
No, you cannot. There are two times manual validation before activating the feature and your token is deducted. And this activation feature is only for owners, not for employees.
